Cancellation policy and Payment terms


Reservation/Bookings, Deposits and Final Payments

A 30% deposit is required within 24 hours to hold you reservation. Reservations are not considered until the deposit is received. A confirmation email is sent to you upon receiving 30% the deposit. The balance of your payment is due once you arrive at your accommodation. For cancellations the entire 30% deposit is forfeited. Please double check your dates before booking.

It is strongly advised to get travel insurance to cover any unforeseeable incidents that might cause you to cancel your holiday .

A refundable security deposit is required for all reservations and is paid once you arrive at your accommodation. The deposit is returned when you check out and the property has been checked for damages.

Cancellations and Refunds

There are no refunds for any cancellations once you have paid the 30% deposit.

  • No-shows, late arrivals, a reduction in number of persons in your group, and early departures are nonrefundable.
  • No refunds will be granted unless there is a serious problem which cannot be remedied and/or which causes the Guest extreme, undue discomfort or serious inconvenience.
  • Once  checked in, there will be no refunds for any reason.


Number of Guests

Please declare the total number of guests on the booking form before sending your 30% deposit.



In the event the property becomes unavailable due to circumstances beyond the control of Mywayvillas after a deposit is received, Mywayvillas will have the option of moving the reservation to a like property; if this is unsatisfactory to the guest Mywayvillas will refund the deposit in full.
